REGISTRATION POLICIES
❖ To review ANCC Conference policies (attendee policies, cancellation/refund policies, COVID-19 disclaimer, photo/videography, waiver of liability and code of conduct) please click here.
❖ All registrations must be completed online.
❖ Incomplete registrations will not be saved. To finalize your registration, payment must be received.
❖ Promotions/discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased individual or group registrations.
❖ Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ancc@jade.mcievents.com and should include the registration ID number and registrant name(s).
❖ Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
❖ All full conference and preconference cancellations are subject to a $200 administrative fee per registrant.
❖ Paid registrations will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive your confirmation or need a replacement copy, please contact us at ancc@jade.mcievents.com
KEY DATES
❖ August 26, 2026: The option to pay by wire or ACH check ends (allow adequate time for processing).
❖ September 15, 2026: Last day to make a switch and all group TBD registrations must be identified.
❖ September 15, 2026: Last day to request Full conference cancellation and receive a refund less the administrative fee ($200).
❖ September 16, 2026: Refund requests are no longer accepted for cancellations received.
❖ September 16, 2026: All registrations must be paid online by card.
❖ October 26, 2026: QR Codes used to check in at registration will be emailed to all paid registrants.
❖ October 27 – October 31, 2026: Onsite Registration Check-in opens.

ADVANCE PREPARATION FOR ONSITE REGISTRATION
❖ Payment issues create delays at registration. If there is an issue, please ensure it is resolved before you arrive at the conference. Contact ancc@jade.mcievents.com for payment inquiries.
❖ The email address you registered with is used for your CNE records and gives you access to the conference app. Contact ancc@jade.mcievents.com if you need your confirmation email resent.
❖ If you are part of a group registration, ensure that all group members have completed their registration.
❖ Make sure that all registration changes, corrections, substitutions, and/or TBD updates are completed by September 15, 2026.
❖ If you have no pending transactions at registration, please pick up your badge at Express Check-in.

❖ Registration is open Tuesday, October 27, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday, October 28, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
❖ Plan to pick up your conference badge and materials on Tuesday or Wednesday for a fast and easy registration experience.
❖ Have your Express Check-in QR Code readily available when checking-in.
