Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT ARE THE DATES AND LOCATION FOR THE 2024 CO-LOCATED ANCC CONFERENCES?

The co-located ANCC National Magnet Conference® and ANCC Pathway to Excellence Conference® will be held in person, in New Orleans, LA, USA, October 30–November 1, 2024, at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

WHAT ARE THE LATEST SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR THE CONFERENCE?

The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) priority is always the health and well-being of our community, and we continue to work closely with the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, vendor partners, and hotels to meet or exceed COVID-19 safety protocols. ANCC remains fully committed to holding a safe and successful in-person conference.

Our protocols meet or exceed all recommendations and safety procedures from the CDC, the State of Louisiana , and the City of New Orleans, as well as industry standards.

Masks are optional, but strongly encouraged. While the CDC continues to recommend masks, we are following the local ordinances currently. This is subject to change.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is not required to participate. However, ANCC recommends all 2024 participants, exhibitors, staff, and vendors be up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters.

  3. Check to make sure your speakers/headphones are working properly and are turned up to the appropriate volume level.
