Sponsors and Exhibitors

The Primary contact, as defined by you when booking your space with the MCI sales team, will receive an email from exhibitmgr@wearemci.com, subject line ANCC24 – Exhibitor Resource Center Now Availablewith a link and password to your Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC).  The ERC is your source for information regarding your exhibition at the conference such as the exhibitor kit, housing, show schedule, etc. It is also where you will update your company profile.

Due to system limitations, only one person from your organization can receive the initial email with the link to the ERC. To ensure this information is received by the correct individual or to change your Primary Contact, please contact anasales@wearemci.com and advise them of the one person within your organization you would like listed as your Primary Contact. Once the primary person has logged into the ERC, they will be able to add up to 3 additional individuals to receive access and future communications.

Registration:

To register your team, use the link for “Registration” within the ERC. You will be signed directly into the registration portal and will be able to see all assigned badges, your current allotment, and make changes as needed.

• Anyone wishing to enter the conference, in any capacity, must have a badge. The badge must be visible at all times.
• Each exhibiting company receives four complimentary booth staff badges per 10’x10’ space. You may purchase additional booth staff badges as needed. You may also purchase Full Conference Exhibitor badges if desired (costs listed below).

Badge Types:

• Booth Staff / Exhibitor Badges – allows access to the exhibit hall during posted install and dismantle hours, during all open exhibit hall hours and lunch. This badge type does not allow access to any sessions or the Welcome Party.
• Full Conference Exhibitor – includes access to the exhibit hall during posted install and dismantle hours, during all open exhibit hall hours, general sessions, education sessions, lunch, and one ticket to the Welcome Party.

• To change or swap a badge previously ordered, have your primary company contact log into the ERC, click “Registration” and make the necessary changes. For questions regarding registration, you can email: ancc@mcievents.com
• To request a receipt for a registration order, log into the ERC, select “Registration”, then choose “Receipts”.
• For sales related questions, please contact our sales team at: anasales@wearemci.com
• For questions regarding your exhibit or sponsorship, please contact our Exhibit Manager at exhibitmgr@wearemci.com
• For questions regarding housing / hotel rooms, contact Connections Housing, 404-842-000

ANCC's official conference hotels do not accept direct reservations. We have no relationship with any third-party companies to assist our exhibitors with booking hotel rooms on our behalf and cannot vouch for rates or accommodations secured through these unauthorized companies
