2024 Conference COVID-19 Health Guidelines
By attending the conference, all participants, exhibitors, staff, and vendors agree to comply with the requirements of the policy as outlined below. This policy may be updated from time to time with new information and procedures at ANCC’s sole discretion. Furthermore, ANCC may update this policy at any time in advance of or during the 2024 conference.
VACCINATION & TESTING REQUIREMENT
ANCC recommends 2024 participants, exhibitors, staff, and vendors be up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters.
MASK & SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS
ANCC will follow the guidelines provided by New Orleans, LA pertaining to masking and social distancing. As of April, 2024 face masks are not required; as such, wearing masks and social distancing during the 2024 conference will be optional.
2024 CONFERENCE REQUIREMENTS
Stay home if you feel unwell or were recently exposed to COVID-19, develop symptoms, or test positive within five (5) days prior to the event.
ON-SITE REQUIREMENTS
Participants, exhibitors, staff, and vendors experiencing potential symptoms of COVID-19 during the 2024 conference should remain in their hotel room, get tested, and seek immediate medical care. Negative COVID-19 test results will be required in order to return to meetings and related events. ANCC does not provide financial assistance for medical treatment should participants, staff, or vendors develop COVID-19 symptoms or test positive while attending the 2024 conference.
