  • Paper checks will not be accepted for individuals (less than 5). Please reach out to ancc@mcievents.com if you have questions.
  • In an effort to avoid payment delays, we strongly suggest groups submit electronic payment (Debit/Credit Card, Wire, ACH).
  • If you are paying by check, wire or ACH, payment in the correct amount MUST be received prior to finalizing your registration.

KEY DATES
  • September 16, 2024: The option to pay by wire or ACH ends (allow adequate time for processing).
  • September 16, 2024: Last day to make a switch and all group TBD registrations must be identified.
  • September 16, 2024: Last day to request Full conference cancellation and receive a refund less the administrative fee ($200).
  • September 17, 2024: Refund requests are no longer accepted for cancellations received.
  • September 17, 2024: All registrations must be paid online by card.
  • October 7, 2024: QR Codes used to check in at registration will be emailed to all paid registrants.
  • October 27 – November 1, 2024: Onsite Registration Check-in opens.
GROUP REGISTRATION (5 OR MORE)
  • A minimum of five registrants from the same facility must register and pay at the same time.
  • Your TBD attendees should be identified by September 16, 2024.
  • Promo codes do not apply to group registration.
  • Group discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased individual registrations.

SUBSTITUTIONS/TBD
  • All substitutions and TBD updates MUST be completed by September 16, 2024.

ADVANCE PREPARATION FOR ONSITE REGISTRATION
  • Payment issues create delays at registration. If there is an issue, please ensure it is resolved before you arrive at the conference. Contact ancc@mcievents.com for payment inquiries.
  • The email address you registered with is used for your CNE records and gives you access to the conference app. Contact ancc@mcievents.com if you need your confirmation email resent.
  • If you are part of a group registration, ensure that all group members have completed their registration.
  • Make sure that all registration changes, corrections, substitutions, and/or TBD updates are completed by September 16, 2024.
  • If you have no pending transactions at registration, please pick up your badge at Express Check-in.
  • Finally, print and bring your QR Code. It will be emailed to you before the start of the conference. This QR Code will assist with a speedy check-in. Please email ancc@mcievents.com if you do not receive a QR Code by October 7, 2024.
