- All registrations must be completed online.
- Paper checks will not be accepted for individuals (less than 5). Please reach out to ancc@mcievents.com if you have questions.
- In an effort to avoid payment delays, we strongly suggest groups submit electronic payment (Debit/Credit Card, Wire, ACH).
- If you are paying by check, wire or ACH, payment in the correct amount MUST be received prior to finalizing your registration.
- If paying by wire or ACH:
- If you are paying by ACH, wire transfer, or check, payment must be received within 14 days of your registration date. Your registration is subject to cancellation or increase in registration fee if payment is not received in 14 days.

- Incomplete registration will not be saved. To finalize your registration, payment must be received.
- Promotions/discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased individual or group registrations.
- Purchase orders and invoice requests are not accepted.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ancc@mcievents.com and should include the registration ID number and registrant name(s).
- Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
- All full conference and preconference cancellations are subject to a $200 administrative fee per registrant.
- Paid registrations will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive your confirmation or need a replacement copy, please contact us at ancc@mcievents.com
KEY DATES
- September 16, 2024: The option to pay by wire or ACH ends (allow adequate time for processing).
- September 16, 2024: Last day to make a switch and all group TBD registrations must be identified.
- September 16, 2024: Last day to request Full conference cancellation and receive a refund less the administrative fee ($200).
- September 17, 2024: Refund requests are no longer accepted for cancellations received.
- September 17, 2024: All registrations must be paid online by card.
- October 7, 2024: QR Codes used to check in at registration will be emailed to all paid registrants.
- October 27 – November 1, 2024: Onsite Registration Check-in opens.
GROUP REGISTRATION (5 OR MORE)
- A minimum of five registrants from the same facility must register and pay at the same time.
- Your TBD attendees should be identified by September 16, 2024.
- Promo codes do not apply to group registration.
- Group discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased individual registrations.

- Checks are not accepted for individuals.
- Registrations are not considered complete until full payment is made.
- Registrants will not be permitted into any conference events until payment is reconciled.
- If you are paying by check, be sure to include group contact details, organization name and a copy of your registration details with payment so that we can reconcile your registration. We MUST have this information to finalize your registration.
- If you are paying by ACH, wire transfer, or check, payment must be received within 14 days of your registration date. Your registration is subject to cancellation or increase in registration fee if payment is not received in 14 days.

SUBSTITUTIONS/TBD
- All substitutions and TBD updates MUST be completed by September 16, 2024.
- To make a substitution please contact ANCC registration at ancc@mcievents.com or (972) 349-7664.
ADVANCE PREPARATION FOR ONSITE REGISTRATION
- Payment issues create delays at registration. If there is an issue, please ensure it is resolved before you arrive at the conference. Contact ancc@mcievents.com for payment inquiries.
- The email address you registered with is used for your CNE records and gives you access to the conference app. Contact ancc@mcievents.com if you need your confirmation email resent.
- If you are part of a group registration, ensure that all group members have completed their registration.
- Make sure that all registration changes, corrections, substitutions, and/or TBD updates are completed by September 16, 2024.
- If you have no pending transactions at registration, please pick up your badge at Express Check-in.
- Finally, print and bring your QR Code. It will be emailed to you before the start of the conference. This QR Code will assist with a speedy check-in. Please email ancc@mcievents.com if you do not receive a QR Code by October 7, 2024.
BADGE PICKUP
- Registration is open Tuesday, October 29, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Plan to pick up your conference badge and materials on Tuesday for a fast and easy registration experience.
- Have your Express Check-in QR Code readily available when checking-in.
- The opening program begins Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. Don’t miss a minute of this exciting day!
