Disrupt Yourself: Driving Change to Create Growth and OpportunityIt’s no secret that human beings crave consistency - and we dislike change. Yet, one thing remains clear -- owners, leaders and producers must, deliver results. In this program, Morris Morrison will equip your audience to abandon their need for certainty and comfort, to embrace change and disruption and develop new disciplines. The powerful message, unforgettable content and easy to apply learning outcomes in this program will challenge your audience to reimagine their role as owners and producers, to become DISRUPTORS.
Morris Morrison is a world-class entertainer, futurist, and author who became obsessed with building stronger, kinder, more focused human beings after being orphaned in New York City, then, being orphaned a second time as a teen — before a doctor’s words changed his life forever.

CLOSING KEYNOTE SPEAKER
It Only Takes One: Rediscovering the Power of Individuals to Drive Meaningful ChangeThe first time Kyle Scheele thought about taking his own life, he was in second grade. He was alone, without a friend, and he thought the world would be better off without him. Then a new kid showed up and Kyle learned an important truth: it only takes one person to make you feel like you matter. As time went on, Kyle learned more: It only takes one person to make you feel like you matter, and it only takes one person to make you feel like you don’t. It only takes one person to lift someone up, and it only takes one person to tear someone down.
Over the last decade, his projects have been featured in outlets like Fast Company, WIRED, The Washington Post, Yahoo!, BuzzFeed, UpWorthy, Goalcast, and more. His videos have been viewed over 250 million times, and he has spoken to hundreds of thousands of audience members across the United States. More than anything, Kyle hopes that his story can inspire others to chase their own crazy ideas and become the people they were meant to be.
