Attendees who are asked to cease harassing or other unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately. Failure to comply may serve as grounds for removal from the premises in whole or in part, and may result in referral to local authorities. When notified of individuals engaging in harassing or unacceptable behavior, ANCC, at its sole discretion, may take any action it deems appropriate, ranging from a warning to expulsion from current and/or future ANCC meetings, assemblies, and events. Decisions to ban individuals from future events is at the sole discretion of ANCC.
If you are being harassed, observe or overhear someone else being harassed or being subjected to offensive or unacceptable behavior, or if you have any other concerns regarding the behavior or comments of other individuals, please contact onsite security personnel, or the meeting organizer by email at meetings@ana.org.
