August 25, 2025: Last day to make a switch and all group TBD registrations must be identified.

August 25, 2025: Last day to request Full conference cancellation and receive a refund less the administrative fee ($200).

August 26, 2025: Refund requests are no longer accepted for cancellations received.

August 26, 2025: All registrations must be paid online by card.

October 6, 2025: QR Codes used to check in at registration will be emailed to all paid registrants.

October 7 – October 10, 2025: Onsite Registration Check-in opens.

❖ A minimum of five registrants from the same facility must register and pay at the same time.

❖ Your TBD attendees should be identified by August 25, 2025.

❖ Promo codes do not apply to group registration.

SUBSTITUTIONS/TBD

❖ All substitutions and TBD updates MUST be completed by August 25, 2025.

ADVANCE PREPARATION FOR ONSITE REGISTRATION

❖ Payment issues create delays at registration. If there is an issue, please ensure it is resolved before you arrive at the conference. Contact ancc@jade.mcievents.com for payment inquiries.

❖ The email address you registered with is used for your CNE records and gives you access to the conference app. Contact ancc@jade.mcievents.com if you need your confirmation email resent.

❖ If you are part of a group registration, ensure that all group members have completed their registration.

❖ Make sure that all registration changes, corrections, substitutions, and/or TBD updates are completed by August 25, 2025.

❖ If you have no pending transactions at registration, please pick up your badge at Express Check-in.

❖ Finally, print and bring your QR Code. It will be emailed to you before the start of the conference. This QR Code will assist with a speedy check-in. Please email ancc@jade.mcievents.com if you do not receive a QR Code by October 6, 2025.
